Why do you use bamboo fiber?

Bamboo fiber is a natural fiber.

  • The fabric feels like silk and is softer, lighter, and more durable than other fabrics.
  • It is lightweight and has anti-microbial properties.
  • It aids in controlling sweat and foot odor. This property helps in preventing unhealthy conditions like athlete's foot and nail fungus.

As the fastest growing plant in the world, bamboo requires no pesticides or fertilizers and only a little water. It is known to release 35% more oxygen than hardwood trees and absorb greenhouse gases.

Furthermore, bamboo doesn't need to be replanted, since it has vast root networks that continuously sprout new shoots., It also helps improve soil conditions and prevents soil erosion.

How do I clean and care for my product?

Bamboo fabrics need to be washed in cold water and hang-dried. Use soft or liquid detergent that cleans well but doesn't destroy the product fiber.

The product doesn't require ironing, but if you decide to iron it, use the low setting on your iron. Wrinkles, if any, go away after wear.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes. However, this facility is subject to the price of the order as well as the pin code you provide.

Do you ship internationally?

We provide shipping around the globe. But the customers are required to pay the customs duty on top of the goods and services tax (GST) on their orders.

What is the delivery time?

Quick and timely deliveries are important to us. We typically dispatch orders on the same day, or the day after the order date. However, delivery of the product may vary depending on the pin code of your location.

Typically, an order takes 3–5 working days to reach any operational code in India.

Do you offer gift options?

We do have gift options. If you wish the product to be gift wrapped, let us know at the time of the checkout.

I placed an order online but have not received an email confirmation yet. Has my order been received?

You should receive an email for an order confirmation within 10–15 minutes of placing your order. In certain cases, the emails may be sent to your spam or bulk folder. Please check these folders for confirmation.

I want a specific set of colors in my order. Would this be possible?

Yes.

You may choose multiple set of colors for your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Our products are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.

However, if there are any kind of manufacturing defects on the product received, we would gladly exchange it for a fresh product. In such case, please email or WhatsApp us on the below mentioned details and we shall initiate the process of exchange:
